On Tuesday, from the CSIM we had the privilege of making a strategic visit to the EURECAT facilities, the main technological center in Catalonia, at the Cerdanyola headquarters 🏢
With the help of Jose Sevillano Lopez, we had the opportunity to learn up close how Eurecat works on technological development and innovation in order to have an impact on the market and respond to the needs of companies.

✨ Yesterday's CSIM meeting was a great success.
We are very grateful for the participation of Gemma Caballé, a prominent postdoctoral researcher at the UNESCO Chair of Housing at the Rovira i Virgili University. Thanks to her knowledge and experience in the legal field of housing, we had the opportunity to delve into and discuss the new challenges of the Property Manager profession.
During the session, relevant data on property management in Spain were addressed, highlighting its importance as one of the EU countries with the highest urban density and which has 15,000 registered managers.

Over the past few months, we have progressed in the initial phase: the Diagnosis and Analysis of needs of the different actors in the value chain.
Through 14 interviews with key representatives from various roles, we have thoroughly explored the needs and challenges we face. This knowledge has been crucial to identify effective solutions in the field of the Connected Building.
