On Tuesday, from the CSIM we had the privilege of making a strategic visit to the EURECAT facilities, the main technological center in Catalonia, at the Cerdanyola headquarters 🏢

With the help of Jose Sevillano Lopez, we had the opportunity to learn up close how Eurecat works on technological development and innovation in order to have an impact on the market and respond to the needs of companies.

Sevillano took us into projects like 𝗔𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝗯 - 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝘄𝗶 𝗻𝘀, specialized in creating strategies to fight climate change or 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝗨𝗣 dedicated to working on solutions for industrialized facades and making rehabilitation processes more efficient. These projects underline Eurecat's dedication to solving challenges around sustainability, decarbonization, circular economy and energy efficiency, among others.

In addition, he shared with us his vision for the future, where his initiatives seek to align with Europe's objectives of reducing carbon emissions and getting closer to building neutrality by 2030.🎯

Once the training session was over, we were able to visit the different laboratories and see first-hand how they work on the development of new solutions in the field of materials, drones, robotics or 3D printing.
