On Tuesday, from the CSIM we had the privilege of making a strategic visit to the EURECAT facilities, the main technological center in Catalonia, at the Cerdanyola headquarters 🏢
With the help of Jose Sevillano Lopez, we had the opportunity to learn up close how Eurecat works on technological development and innovation in order to have an impact on the market and respond to the needs of companies.

✨ Yesterday's CSIM meeting was a great success.
We are very grateful for the participation of Gemma Caballé, a prominent postdoctoral researcher at the UNESCO Chair of Housing at the Rovira i Virgili University. Thanks to her knowledge and experience in the legal field of housing, we had the opportunity to delve into and discuss the new challenges of the Property Manager profession.

On May 28, we organized with the Financing Working Group of the CEEC (Efficient Energy Cluster of Catalonia) a day to publicize the financing opportunities for the energy rehabilitation of buildings.
The conference, which will take place in the Conference Hall of the main NTT Data building in Barcelona (Sea Towers 1, Av. Icària 211), will feature the participation of various financial entities, companies linked to the building rehabilitation sector, administrators of farms and representatives of the public administration.

Next May 30, we will have the opportunity to visit the Garrotxa Domus facilities in Olot and discover how they are leading the way towards a more sustainable future in home construction.
During the visit they will present their project to us and everyone involved will give us relevant information about the ELENA project, as well as we will be able to get to know the team and all its facilities. A day that promises to inspire all its participants!
