Towards a Real and Effective Energy Renovation

The Clúster de Serveis Immobiliaris (CSIM), together with the Clúster de l’Energia Eficient de Catalunya (CEEC), is organizing the energy renovation conference "Challenges of Decarbonizing the Building Stock."

The event, which will take place on September 18th at the Administrative District of the Generalitat of Catalonia, aims to address the major challenges involved in transforming the building stock to align with sustainability and climate neutrality commitments.

From CSIM, in collaboration with our partner Human Software, we had the opportunity to organize last May and June the exclusive course RoadMap: The Journey Towards Cultural Change Management, a practical training program designed to help organizations define their strategic objectives, update roles and skills, structure teams, and develop new leadership models to drive cultural transformation.
