CSIM is organizing its first matchmaking session focused on the digitalization and automation of the real estate services sector, within the framework of the #InnovationandTransformation 2026 Working Group.

The session is specifically aimed at property managers and real estate agencies looking to improve operational efficiency, optimize key processes, and generate structured data to enable more informed decision-making.

We will work on four specific challenges identified by the sector:

1. Automation of communication flows using AI

2. Optimization of integration between property managers and suppliers

3. Automation of key administrative tasks and processes

4. Automation of incident management

The objective is not to conduct commercial demos, but to connect member companies with technological solutions aligned with these real challenges, in order to:

• Identify concrete use cases
• Activate collaborations depending on the solution’s level of development (proofs of concept, exploratory pilots, or venture client models)
• Generate learnings and useful data for the sector as a whole

This is a structured, practical, and results-oriented space designed to turn digitalization into real, measurable actions within daily operations.
