Yesterday morning, around fifty members had the opportunity to visit Housfy's offices in Barcelona, the platform that encompasses the first home services ecosystem in all of Europe.

Last Thursday, CSIM presented the foundations of the Transactional Project 2024 - 2025, a key initiative designed to modernize the real estate sector and open up new business opportunities.
Our main objective is to promote collaboration between the transactional segment and property managers, encouraging cross-selling of services and generating new leads. But we go further: we also seek a cultural change in the sector, promoting digitalisation and adopting new strategies that allow companies to position themselves better and gain competitiveness.

Learning to Lead: Conflict Management and Motivation in Teams
On November 22 at 9:30 a.m., a new Training Capsule on Team Management will take place, taught by Success Mind at Fabrick Gràcia (C/ Milà i Fontanals, 14, 2º 9ª).
The objective of this session is to learn basic techniques for managing conflicts in work teams and develop basic strategies for motivating work teams. During the session, participants will create their Personal Action Plan and receive practical tools such as a basic guide for conflict management and a complementary video on team motivation.

On November 28, CSIM will celebrate #Inmodate 2024, its 4th Strategic Immersion, a day dedicated to exploring the latest trends in the real estate sector and discovering new opportunities.
