✨ Yesterday's CSIM meeting was a great success.
We are very grateful for the participation of Gemma Caballé, a prominent postdoctoral researcher at the UNESCO Chair of Housing at the Rovira i Virgili University. Thanks to her knowledge and experience in the legal field of housing, we had the opportunity to delve into and discuss the new challenges of the Property Manager profession.
During the session, relevant data on property management in Spain were addressed, highlighting its importance as one of the EU countries with the highest urban density and which has 15,000 registered managers.

Sant Cugat del Vallès, Cataluña - El pasado 1 de marzo, la Masia Can Cortés fue el lugar de encuentro de los miembros del Clúster de Servicios Inmobiliarios (CSIM). Con una destacada participación de 54 personas, el evento brilló por su ambiente festivo y su exquisita gastronomía.
La jornada comenzó al mediodía con una cálida bienvenida a los socios en los jardines de la masía, donde pudieron disfrutar de la auténtica experiencia catalana de degustar los calçots a la parrilla, acompañados de la emblemática salsa romesco. Posteriormente, entre risas y conversaciones animadas, pasaron al interior para finalizar la comida.

On February 21, the CSIM, in collaboration with Cluster Development, held a session focused on the Identification of Strategies in the Real Estate Transactional Field.
During the session, different transactional companies such as Swan Property Services, Monapart, VIVENDEX, Eurofincas · International Real Estate, House Quality, Rightplace, Property Buyers, Pous Grup, Finques Company, Organ and Be-Side shared their perspectives and experiences.
