CSIM has launched a new strategic project aimed at accelerating the transformation of the real estate services sector through the advanced use of data.
The project is supported by ACCIÓ for the design of a Sectoral Data Space, a key initiative aimed at improving the competitiveness, operational efficiency, and decision-making of companies in the sector, based on real, shared, and structured data.

On Wednesday, January 21, CSIM held the second part of the in-person training session on Emotional Management in Homeowner Meetings, aimed at its members and focused on the practical handling of real-life situations in the context of homeowners’ meetings.
The session, led by Olga Peralba from Grup SIFU and Carles Subirà from Finques Feliu, continued the training that began on September 17, delving into the importance of understanding different behavioral styles to facilitate agreements, improve communication, and promote harmony within communities.

On January 15, CSIM held the second edition of its members’ dinner, an exclusive networking event that took place at the Nu BCN restaurant to welcome the year 2026.
The evening brought together around 30 attendees in a seated dinner format, creating a relaxed atmosphere conducive to idea exchange, strengthening professional relationships, and generating new synergies among members.
The event marked the start of the new year by reinforcing the community and collaborative spirit of CSIM, consolidating its commitment to innovation and professional networking.
On March 4th, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. (online), CSIM will kick off a new edition of the Roadmap: Cultural Transformation, Strategy and Leadership course.
This is a practical programme designed to help companies turn strategy into results, activate organisational culture and strengthen leadership to sustain change over time.
