The CSIM has successfully finished the “Roadmap: for cultural transformation” program, a strategic and practical training led by our human partner Software and aimed at accompanying companies in their organizational change processes.
During the last weeks, more than ten members have participated in this training itinerary, designed to promote transformation projects that align culture, leadership and purpose. The program has been structured in four sessions, combining face -to -face workshops and online training, and has allowed companies:
Identify the key levers of transformation in the field of organization, communication, talent and leadership.
Design your own change project, aligned with the strategic values and objectives of your organization.
In addition, eight of the participating companies have conducted an individualized culture study with Humansooftware, obtaining very relevant results:
A clear and realistic radiography of the current culture of your organization.
The identification of gaps between current culture and the desired culture.
The definition of key levers to activate internal change.
This initiative is part of the CSIM commitment to boost innovation from within and offer practical tools to face the challenges of cultural transformation in the sector.
