CSIM meetings

Monthly meetings with relevant professionals and/or experts in the real estate sector with whom current topics and trends in the sector are shared. These events also allow
networking between partners and the presentation of new CSIM members.

The aim of the strategic visits is to get to know the "in house" organization of key companies in the real estate sector and to discover good business practices. These visits allow you to learn how the company's operations are structured, its resources and organization, and how they approach innovation and future challenges.

The executive commissions of the CSIM have been created to contribute to the achievement of the cluster's objectives and cover all the operational and promotional aspects of the cluster.

CSIM executive committees

The CSIM executive committees have been created to contribute to the achievement of the cluster's objectives and cover all operational and promotional aspects of the cluster. They act as working groups and propose actions for the CSIM team, together with which they will develop the different lines of action in the main operational areas of the cluster.

Networking & Communication

It is focused on those activities and group dynamics that promote Networking, strengthen relationships of trust between cluster partners and promote effective and strategic collaboration. All aspects of marketing and communication of the cluster (internal/external) are also worked on, as well as the loyalty and retention of partners in conjunction with the Expansion and Development commission.

Expansion & Development

It is dedicated to propose strategies to attract new partners, both in terms of companies and institutions and environmental agents such as universities, technology centers and other entities. This commission also focuses efforts to identify new sources of income (sponsorships, services, subsidies and aid) as well as the development of collaboration agreements and new alliances.

Strategy & Projects

Its objective is to coordinate the work groups of the cluster projects with a transversal vision and ensure a correct alignment of the action plan with the strategic challenges set. It also works on the proposal of new projects by partners or other entities (intercluster, international projects, innovation projects, etc.)

Talent & Training

It focuses on detecting market trends and new businesses in aspects of training, strategies for attracting and retaining talent, new business cultures, etc. Its objective is to work on the training planning of the CSIM School and to draw up collaboration agreements with training entities (universities and other training centers specialized in real estate).
