Last June 15, the third meeting of CSIM partners took place at the Terra Veritas Space in Barcelona, where we had the presence of Carles Vergara, professor of financial management and Real Estate at the IESE Business School.

In this meeting, he made us reflexionate on how global trends - in technology, health, finance, talent, new lifestyles and work or even climate change - are impacting the real estate market and generating new business opportunities.

We will end the session with a networking lunch where we will be able to share common points and apply the concepts learned during the session to our everyday lives.
