CSIM MEETING WITH MARTA MORERA, DIRECTOR OF ICAEN

On March 23, we held the first Meeting of CSIM members at the Real Club de Tenis de Barcelona, where we had the pleasure of having the presence of Marta Morera, director of ICAEN, and Lluís Morer, head of Energy Efficiency at ICAEN.

During the session we were able to learn about the main characteristics and objectives of the new energy transition model for Catalonia, as well as the different lines of existing subsidies for the rehabilitation of buildings focused on improving the energy efficiency of the current building stock.

The day ended with a networking lunch where we were able to discuss, among other issues, the current situation regarding the rehabilitation of community-owned buildings and how we can solve the existing barriers through public-private collaboration between the different agents and entities involved in this process.
