From September 20 to 22, 2023, Barcelona became the epicenter of real estate investment, where more than 380 experts shared their vision on European economic megatrends and charted the course of the real estate sector in the short and medium term.

Patrícia Remiro, Cluster Manager of the CSIM Real Estate Cluster, moderated a talk on "Maximizing Asset Returns in the Age of Technology and ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance)", together with Perry Zuidema from DEKRA, Daniel Fernández Pérez from Indoorclima and Will Buttery from WiredScore as speakers.

The speakers emphasized that in this era of technology and growing environmental and social awareness, asset optimization focuses on efficiency in the use of resources and capital, while meeting ESG criteria, thus seeking a sustainable balance between financial benefit and the positive impact at a global level.
