This morning we have celebrated the first day of the 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗟𝗮𝗯, an initiative promoted by the cluster and in collaboration with Link.
This innovation laboratory has been designed to identify and address the challenges of the real estate sector, connecting farm administrators with technological startups and innovation experts. Its objective is 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘀 𝘆.
The event took place in the Bernadí Hub in Barcelona and has had the participation of almost twenty farm administrators, whose intervention has been key in this first phase.
The day has begun with the presentation of the InnovationLab, by the hand of Patrícia Remiro Remiro, Cluster Manager of the CSIM, and Marc Ollé Moreno, co-founder of Link, who have exposed the project and the different phases of work that will be developed.
Next, Marta Pallarés Fontán, Chief Sales Officer, has presented Zenova, an innovative platform designed to centralize supplies and invoices management, optimizing both efficiency and sustainability in the real estate sector.
Zenova has proven to be a clear case of success, demonstrating how technology can expedite manual processes and improve equipment productivity, effectively responding to a need detected in the sector.
During his speech, he has shared the trajectory of the project and has detailed the innovative solutions it offers to optimize communities management.
The session has continued with a work dynamic in which attendees, organized in small groups, have identified and discussed on common problems and the main challenges of their day to day.
Once identified, the challenges have been exposed, shared and prioritized with the objective of presenting them in the following phase to innovative agents. The purpose is to find technological solutions that respond to the most important needs and contribute to the evolution of the sector.
The CSIM thus reaffirms its commitment to innovation, promoting initiatives that allow more efficient management and adapted to current times.
