Aware of this, the CSIM will soon launch a project to identify and see the evolution of international competitors in the reference markets and learn about the new business models that are growing and gaining market share in the different segments of real estate services at an international level.

Since there is already a project in our Action Plan for the average investor, the CSIM will also take care of helping to increase the market share for the sector of large investors, with an eye on the possibility of consolidating alternatives to servicers.
