🔴 XXII Strategic immersion of cluster teams organized by ACCIÓ

Naia Vivanco,

Last Thursday, CSIM participated in the 𝟭𝟮th 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 of Cluster Teams, organized by ACCIÓ in the city of Tarragona.

👥 With the presence of 90 participants from Catalan clusters, it was a great opportunity to exchange, learn, and share perspectives and challenges of the ecosystem, with the aim of boosting the competitiveness of companies.

🎤 The event was inaugurated with a keynote by Joan Martí Estévez and Alberto Pezzi, who presented the new business growth program, discussed the potential of the Catalan territory, and the origins of the cluster concept and its founder, Michael Porter. Additionally, they talked about competitive strategies and how to apply them to seek differentiation.

Next, we enjoyed three round tables, which were a key point of the day: one on 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀, one dedicated to cluster managers on 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, and another for project managers on 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.

🗣️ Patrícia Remiro, Cluster Manager of CSIM, participated in a panel on governance with Xavier Garcia from Tech Tourism Cluster, Carmen Lopez-Quintana from the Waste Cluster of Catalonia, and David Garcia from Modacc - Catalan Fashion and Textile Cluster, moderated by Anna Monjo from ACCIÓ.

Finally, Carles Brugarolas, a professor at EADA Business School, gave a keynote on high-performance team leadership, sharing tips and tools to maximize the potential of each team member.

The day concluded with networking and teambuilding activities🤝, fostering synergies and potential collaborations among the different clusters.

As a cluster accredited by the ACCIÓ Catalunya Clusters Program, we are proud to participate in this event, sharing best practices and learning about cluster strategies to continue working together in the same direction.🔝
