During the month of July, we will launch the new talent and training project in collaboration with Activa Prospect.

The objective of this project is to identify the training needs of CSIM member companies, with emphasis on detecting the most in-demand competencies and skills, as well as new tasks associated with current or emerging professional profiles due to the evolution of the labor market.

This will allow CSIM to design training that is more tailored to the real needs of its member companies.
