On May 28th, the iconic Pier 01 at Barcelona Tech City hosted the first edition of InnovationLab during its #PitchDay. A key event to discover innovative proposals aiming to revolutionize property management through technology.

Driven by Enlace and CSIM, the event brought together entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts for a day of inspiration, innovation, and networking. Eight finalist startups took the stage to compete for the title of the next big PropTech in the sector.

The participating startups were: Rebroker.ai, Redi, Myllox, Vecinfy, Raizo, Ciudadela, Inmochat, and Placenet.

The goal of InnovationLab is clear: to address the sector's main challenges, such as process automation, intelligent data management, and talent attraction in the real estate field.

The jury —made up of renowned professionals from the sector and the PropTech ecosystem: Marc Ollé, Patricia Remiro, Marta Pallarés, Xènia Robert, David Hueso, María Padín, Laia Pes, and Domingo Sánchez— evaluated each project’s potential, scalability, and ability to meet the market’s most pressing needs

Following the pitch sessions, the event wrapped up with a networking afterwork, where participants and attendees shared insights and built new connections.

With this first edition, InnovationLab establishes itself as a benchmark competition for boosting entrepreneurship in the real estate sector, marking a new step toward the technological modernization of an industry in full transformation.

We close this first edition with great success. In the coming days, we’ll announce the winning startup.
