CSIM Cluster Inmobiliario, together with REDI, is advancing in the design of a future data space for the real estate services sector. The project is now in the final stretch of its first phases: diagnosis, identification, and prioritisation of use cases.

Last week, a key session took place with partners representing the entire value chain. The session focused on prioritising initiatives that emerged from the identification workshop, and work began on articulating the business model through an initial Business Model Canvas.

The initiative aims to drive collective change across the sector, placing data at the heart of the real estate value chain as an engine for competitiveness and digital transformation.
