CSIM launches the cycle of training sessions for the real estate sector aimed at sharing knowledge and experiences among all the Cluster partners based on their "expertise" and good business practices with the aim of carrying out shared value sessions in an agile and participatory way between all partners.

The sessions are organized around topics of interest to all the companies that represent the value chain of the real estate sector and are given both in person and online.

In the company, people make the difference

Fostering relationships of mutual trust, working on projects with a medium-term vision and having a philosophy of positivity are values on which Finques Feliu bases its transformation on people management and talent retention to position itself as a benchmark in the business. of the administration of estates.

Some of the actions and activities that have allowed Finques Feliu to improve the work environment and the motivation of its people are:

  • Constant review of jobs, responsibilities and personal skills.
  • Evaluation of the exercise twice a year with the aim of setting improvement challenges.
  • Leadership of own projects within the organization.
  • Implementation of KPI's on people management.
  • Implementation of the OKR methodology to achieve the objectives set.
  • Incorporation of a coach to stimulate internal transformation.
