Presentation of the CSIM Rehabilitation Project

Toni Subirats,

PRESENTATION OF THE CSIM REHABILITATION PROJECT AND CALLS FOR NON AND NEXT GENERATION AID

On September 22, the Presentation of the new CSIM Collaborative Model took place, which should make it possible to overcome the existing barriers to the rehabilitation of buildings based on a collaborative framework of the entire value chain of the cluster.

During the session, the key points of the new CSIM Methodology were presented, which allows solving the challenges of a rehabilitation process in communities of owners, as well as the application of new solutions in buildings for energy savings. From here, it is expected that pilot projects will begin with buildings proposed by the cluster's Property Administrators, which will allow the development of specific tools and specific training of the actors involved in the process.

The event also included the intervention of ACCIO whose representatives announced the Next Generation calls that may be of interest in the real estate field, as well as the line of New Business Opportunities endowed with €3M focused on promoting strategic change in the companies.
