Identification of Strategies in the Real Estate Transactional Field

On February 21, the CSIM, in collaboration with Cluster Development, held a session focused on the Identification of Strategies in the Real Estate Transactional Field.

During the session, different transactional companies such as Swan Property Services, Monapart, VIVENDEX, Eurofincas International Real Estate, House Quality, Rightplace, Property Buyers, Pous Grup, Finques Company, Organ and Be-Side shared their perspectives and experiences.

In an environment where investors increase their sophistication, sustainability in the use of buildings becomes more relevant, the focus is directed towards the client and the digitalization of processes becomes essential, we face various strategic challenges that require adequate prioritization to make the most of our efforts.

Challenges such as capturing sales leads, the potential of establishing alliances between horizontal, vertical and transactional agents, investment in technology, as well as talent development and training, are key aspects that the transactional segment must face.

Thanks to this session, we have managed to identify which are the priority challenges and where to start working.
