The Real Estate Services Cluster (CSIM), in collaboration with ENLACE, has created the InnovationLab, a new space designed to respond to the technological needs of the real estate sector. This innovation laboratory has been designed to foster collaboration and promote innovative solutions that transform community management and the work of property managers.

Through a structured approach, the InnovationLab enables the identification and prioritisation of the main challenges facing the sector and connects them with specialised startups that can provide disruptive technological solutions.

InnovationLab Objectives

First day of work

The first session of the InnovationLab will take place on February 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Bernadí Hub. During this meeting, participants will identify and prioritize the main challenges facing the sector.

With this initiative, CSIM reaffirms its commitment to innovation and improvement in the real estate sector, facilitating a space where collaboration and technology play a key role in transforming the future of property management.
