CSIM Strategic Immersion Day at Masia Can Ametller on November 24, 2023

The CSIM successfully held its third Strategic Immersion Day, focused on exploring Client Strategies against the Emerging Demands of the Real Estate Sector. More than 100 attendees, representing prominent companies from the entire real estate sector chain, gathered at this event. During the meeting, two round tables were held delving into the future strategies of the sector, highlighting the need for transformation to adapt to changing demands and adopt technologies that enhance efficiency and add value to daily tasks. In the first round table, leaders of transactional companies such as Vivendex, Zazume and Brickbro shared how they are adjusting their business models, placing emphasis on agility, innovation and transparency, offering value-added services for their clients. The second round table, focused on Communities of Owners, had the participation of Ciudadela, Anzizu, Grupo SIFU and DEH Online, who highlighted the importance of digital transformation, sustainability and collaboration in farm management. They highlighted the need for collaboration between suppliers and property managers to address the challenges presented by the real estate sector. After the round tables, Imma Marín Santiago, founder and director of MARINVA, immersed participants in interactive dynamics that strengthened cohesion and allowed the generation of joint ideas to improve client strategies. In summary, the day reflected the adaptability of the CSIM and its associates to the changing demands of the sector, highlighting innovation, collaboration and technology as fundamental pillars to successfully face the challenges in the real estate field.
