Julia Sampere,

The CSIM, in collaboration with CD4iot, has concluded the “paper to AI” course, a formation aimed at introducing artificial intelligence in the day -to -day life of the real estate sector.

Throughout 16 hours distributed in four sessions, thirteen professionals from members of the cluster have participated in this practical training that has combined face -to -face and online sessions. The course has offered a strategic and applied vision of how to integrate AI to improve efficiency, decision -making and the ability to anticipate market trends.

During the course, participants have been able to:

Understand the foundations of artificial intelligence and its applications in the real estate sector.

Explore key technologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Big Data.

Know tools and platforms that are already used in sale processes, rent and investment.

Discuss the ethical and regulatory challenges of the use of AI.

Analyze real cases of application and develop practical simulations in a final workshop.

The program has been developed in hybrid format, with face -to -face sessions in the social hub and online meetings that have allowed the contents to be adapted to the rhythm of the participants.

In recognition of their participation and use of the course, the 13 professionals have received a certificate of completion, endorsed by the CSIM and CD4iot. This document proves the acquisition of key knowledge on artificial intelligence applied to the real estate sector.

With this training, the CSIM reinforces its commitment to technological innovation and digitalization of the sector, offering its partners tools and knowledge to adapt to new market challenges.

Thanks to all the participants for their motivation and commitment to continuous learning!
