Last Friday, the Team Management Workshop led by Albert Valero on motivation, communication and conflicts took place, aimed at managers and executives of the main companies that form part of the real estate services value chain.
The workshop focused on the challenges of running companies and leading professional teams, emphasizing the importance of reflecting and making decisions from an awareness of responsibility. As managers, every action (and every inaction) has a direct impact on the level of motivation of our collaborators, which in turn influences the quality perceived by customers. Therefore, taking care of our professionals is essential to generate a healthy and productive work environment.
During the session, we explored how to motivate the team through empathy and adaptation to their needs, how to avoid demotivation by ensuring the hygiene factors of work, and we delved into the emotional dimension of conflict.
