Last Thursday, the CSIM held the 4th Strategic Immersion Day, #InmoDate, in Castell Jalpí, an event dedicated to exploring the most relevant trends in the real estate services sector.
This edition focused on digital strategies and innovation, addressing key topics such as the impact of digitalisation, managing cultural change, the strategic value of data and the transformative role of artificial intelligence.
👥 With the participation of more than a hundred professionals, the day began with welcoming remarks from Javier Pérez del Pulgar Clavell, president of the cluster, and Patrícia Remiro, cluster manager of CSIM. Both highlighted the importance of adapting to the challenges of a constantly evolving sector and the essential role of the cluster as a driver of innovation and collaboration in the industry.
The opening session was led by Alfons Cornella, founder of Infonomia and author of more than 35 books on science, technology and innovation. Cornella captivated attendees with his vision of AI and how it should be thought of to increase company capabilities, make decisions and create alternatives. Technological innovation can and should be strategically integrated to transform the real estate sector and generate value.
Following the debate on digitalisation, we enjoyed a round table moderated by Lucía Orden Pérez (Tracedat), and with experts from the sector such as Alvaro Navarro Pallares (Inmho), Marcel Vilasís i Gasulla (Driving01), Alex Bastarós (Ferrer&Ojeda) and Miguel Linera Alperi (Silk). Key ideas were highlighted, such as the importance of data in seeking efficiencies or how technology will allow for increased personalisation and user experience.
After the coffee break, we had a discussion with Sergi Lago, CEO and Founder of Topbrokers.io, who talked to us about how AI will affect our daily lives. Lago shared specific cases where AI transforms the relationship with customers, improves operational efficiency and opens up new business opportunities through cross-selling and integration with other partners.
The day concluded with a second round table on cultural change management in organisations, moderated by Laura López Demarbre (Mutua de Propietarios) and accompanied by experts in the sector such as Albert Bosch (CEO of Housfy), Sandra Linde (Director of Human Resources at Aszende) and Mª Luisa Mateo (Human Software). They discussed key aspects such as leadership, how to empower people in the process of change and the need to define new profiles that respond to the challenges posed.
🙏 Thank you to all the speakers, attendees and organizers for making this event a space for learning, collaboration and strategic vision. Together, we continue to move towards a more digital, innovative and connected future for the real estate sector.
See you at #Inmodate2025! 👏
