CSIM has launched a new strategic project aimed at accelerating the transformation of the real estate services sector through the advanced use of data.
The project is supported by ACCIÓ for the design of a Sectoral Data Space, a key initiative aimed at improving the competitiveness, operational efficiency, and decision-making of companies in the sector, based on real, shared, and structured data.
The project will be developed in collaboration with REDI – Real Estate Business Intelligence, a member company of the cluster and the technology provider for the initiative, with extensive experience in advanced analytics and data exploitation applied to the real estate field.
A project structured in four phases
The initiative is structured around four main phases:
At CSIM, we are confident that this project will generate significant impact for the sector as a whole and for member companies, laying the foundations for the development of new services, collaborations, and data-driven business models.
Upcoming workshop with sector companies
As part of the project’s initial phases, a face-to-face workshop will be held in Barcelona on March 18 (location to be confirmed), aimed at identifying and validating potential data use cases together with sector companies.
This session will make it possible to gather real needs, explore opportunities, and align the design of the Data Space with the current challenges faced by organizations.
CSIM will continue to share project updates and new opportunities for participation in upcoming communications.
