At CSIM Cluster Inmobiliario, in collaboration with our technology partner REDI, we are developing a shared data space, a strategic initiative that connects information to generate more value in the sector.

What does this mean in practice?

And the differentiating value?

• The diversity of actors we integrate as a cluster. This diversity allows us to address the needs of buildings, communities, and people in a holistic way.

During the ideation workshop, we began mapping concrete scenarios: from the “leak map” to the “2030 cover,” visualizing how data can anticipate problems, optimize assets, and generate new business opportunities.

The challenge is not only technological but also cultural: sharing data to multiply collective value.
