Last June 15, the third meeting of CSIM partners took place at the Terra Veritas Space in Barcelona, where we had the presence of Carles Vergara, professor of financial management and Real Estate at the IESE Business School.

With our own stand, CSIM participated in the professional event organized by SIMA - Saló Immobiliari at IFEMA in Madrid, with more than 9,000 visitors and 62 exhibiting companies.

In the second general assembly of the CSIM, we were able to share and take stock of a first year of the start of the CSIM intense in the accession of new members (+13), activities (+22) and materialization of projects.

On March 19, we held the second Meeting of CSIM members at the Real Club de Polo Barcelona, in which we had the pleasure of having Lorenzo Viñas, President of the Association of Property Administrators of Barcelona and Lleida.

On March 23, we held the first Meeting of CSIM members at the Real Club de Tenis de Barcelona, where we had the pleasure of having the presence of Marta Morera, director of ICAEN, and Lluís Morer, head of Energy Efficiency at ICAEN.
