Among the strategic actions carried out by the CSIM, one of the most outstanding for its importance and impact has been the completion of a wide and ambitious market study on the communities of owners.

Collaboration between companies dedicated to the management of services in buildings offers many possibilities when we think of turnkey projects. The collaboration between the different companies and the action as rehabilitation agents allows channeling great opportunities in rehabilitation and maintenance.

Developing the market to expand it adequately and efficiently is a primary objective for the entire value chain. For this purpose, the CSIM will develop a project divided into two parts that will facilitate the growth of Property Managers both by expanding the market through purchase processes and/or mergers between companies, as well as by opening new geographic markets in different regions of Spain.

Improving and strengthening the business model can occur in different ways. One is cross-selling, a model that the Cluster wants to promote. Hence the start of the project to promote cross-selling based on a powerful tool but not very used in our sector: Big Data.

Any new future strategy for the sector must be based, among other things, on a good knowledge of the competition and trends, also at an international level. Aware of this, the CSIM will soon launch a project to identify and see the evolution of international competitors in the reference markets and learn about the new business models that are growing and gaining market share in the different segments of real estate services at an international level.
