Last Tuesday July 16th,  the CSIM held the Extraordinary General Assembly at the Social Hub space in Barcelona, with the aim of renewing the board of directors that will lead the organization for the next four years.

The new board of directors is composed of Javier Pérez del Pulgar Clavell as President, Montse Sánchez as Vice President, Agustin Hernandez Almirall as Secretary and Enrique Sánchez as treasurer, along with eight other members: Regina Lahoz, Joan Maria Feliu Bohera, Jesús Gimeno, Jose Miguel Díez Caramés, Jose Sevillano Lopez, Álvaro Ruiz López de María, Jordi Mercadal and Laura López Demarbre.

Yesterday, the Real Estate Services Cluster (CSIM) held its 2024 General Assembly in the Hub Social space in Barcelona, a day dedicated to sharing with our associates the progress of the cluster, as well as the most important events coming the previious months.

With the participation of more than 80 associates, we took stock of this third year of the association, highlighting a growth of 29 partners in this last year, the implementation of 24 activities with more than 600 participants and the execution of 2 notable projects such as the Office CSIM Rehabilitation and the Connect Building Project ...

In the second general assembly of the CSIM, we were able to share and take stock of a first year of the start of the CSIM intense in the accession of new members (+13), activities (+22) and materialization of projects.
