On January 26, we presented, together with Fundació Europace, the Final Design of the CSIM Rehabilitation Office. This project's main objective is to overcome the barriers that usually arise in the rehabilitation process, providing personalized assistance to CSIM associates to promote the maintenance and rehabilitation of buildings in Catalonia.

The session included the participation of Núria Alemany Blasco, founding partner of the CSIM, who together with Carlos Egler Jiménez from Sisquella Grup and Montse Sánchez from MON VERTICAL, offered a detailed introduction. They explained the rationale behind the rehabilitation CSIM office and provided a practical example for Property Managers. Notable benefits for professionals include:

1. Helps in studying the potential of your portfolio and prioritizing actions according to capacity.

2. Strategies to approach clients (users) according to the type of intervention to be carried out.

3. Information and comprehensive support (technical, legal, economic) always updated.

4. It does not replace your usual technicians, but rather facilitates their specific professional work within the process.

Subsequently, the Fundació Europace team detailed the services offered, the phased implementation, the budget and the financing options available for the CSIM. We are pleased to report that we have already started the pre-application for the ELENA financing program for the next implementation and start-up of the Office. A significant step towards the transformation and improvement of our spaces!
