On October 26, the fourth meeting of CSIM members was held at the Dos Torres restaurant in Barcelona, with the notable presence of Juan Velayos, director of The District.

During this meeting, Velayos gave us a reflection on the future of the transactional real estate sector, offering a diagnosis of its current transformation. We address topics such as the growing inclination towards rental, market specialization and the relevance of regulation in the competitiveness of the markets. He also analyzed the evolution of investing, where the balance between risk and return becomes increasingly complex and sophisticated.

The session culminated with a networking lunch, providing the opportunity to share common ground and apply the concepts discussed in our daily routine.
