Yesterday, the Real Estate Services Cluster (CSIM) held its 2024 General Assembly in the Hub Social space in Barcelona, a day dedicated to sharing with our associates the progress of the cluster, as well as the most important events coming the previious months.

With the participation of more than 80 associates, we took stock of this third year of the association, highlighting a growth of 29 partners in this last year, the implementation of 24 activities with more than 600 participants and the execution of 2 notable projects such as the Office CSIM Rehabilitation and the Connect Building Project

It was the occasion to present the 2024 action plan, which will highlight the start of projects in the transactional segment, the project to improve talent in the real estate sector and the identification of actions and revitalization of the vertical segment. We also present the future actions that we will carry out in the field of innovation and connection with proptech startups through collaborations with Innomads Proptech Hub and Enlace.

We ended the day with a presentation by Genís Roca, who opened our perspective on new artificial intelligence models and the potential of working as a cluster on a coordinated data strategy to gain competitiveness and critical mass.
