School of presidents of Neighborhood Communities

The CSIM launches the School of Presidents of Communities focused on training presidents, owners and tenants on the knowledge of their responsibilities and obligations, promoting the improvement of purchasing processes for services for the community and raising awareness of the need to carry out a maintenance plan for both the buildings and the common spaces.

This training aims to offer useful and practical information to the tenants and owners of the buildings to facilitate the management and coexistence of the neighborhood community.

The initiative responds to a demand from the sector to raise awareness of the different issues involved in managing a community, strengthen coexistence between neighbors and highlight the work of estate administrators.
