Session II: Investor Services and PV – Definition of Key Actions
Last Thursday, January 30, the second working session on Investor Services and PV was held at Fabrick Gracia, led by Adriana Cantos of Cluster Development. This session was essential for prioritizing the actions identified in the first meeting, with the aim of defining a plan of specific projects within this area.
The main challenges highlighted were the need to improve customer relations, increase visibility and attract new segments of investors as clients, especially family offices. The opening of new geographic markets was also addressed, strategies were proposed to optimize data sharing, as well as to promote training programs to improve the capabilities and skills of managers in the vertical.
The session concluded with the prioritization of the different key actions, with the improvement of cross-selling and the identification of purchasing criteria for the average investor being the most voted by the participants.
This meeting marks the start of a roadmap to implement the initiatives identified and continue working to respond to this vertical.
