The CSIM brought together its associates at the Ordinary General Assembly 2025, the annual association event that brought together more than 70 professionals in the real estate sector.

The appointment was held on May 14 in Ca l’Alier, in Barcelona, an emblematic smart building that perfectly represents the transformation of the sector. An ideal environment to discuss the present and future of our industry.

Precisely for this reason, and just before the start of the institutional act, attendees could enjoy a guided tour of the facilities, knowing closely the operation of the building.

The Assembly was conducted by Patrícia Remiro, CSIM Cluster Manager, and Javier Pérez del Pulgar Clavell, president of the Board of Directors, together with the participation of different members of the Board.

During the session the annual accounts of 2024 and the budget for the current year were approved. In addition, the path traveled by the cluster was held in its four years of experience, already reaching the 81 partners.

The main results of 2024 were also presented, a year in which 2 projects were closed, about 60 activities with more than 900 participants were organized, and 3 active work groups were kept.

Likewise, the Activity Plan for 2025 was presented, highlighting the new CSIM Talent Hub content platform, the exclusive courses of cutural transformation and AI for partners that are already underway and the Hashtag#InnovationLab contest.

In addition, Benchmarking's first trip was announced to Paris that the CSIM will organize with Acció in November and that, soon, we will have a new space of the partner to access the contents and projects of the cluster.

After the General Assembly, attendees enjoyed the presentation of Aleix Valls, entitled "IA: It is not science fiction, it is your results account." Valls highlighted how artificial intelligence has become a key tool to improve business efficiency and competitiveness, underlining its impact on productivity, new business and consumption models.

Then, the partners shared a networking meal that encouraged the exchange of ideas and the creation of synergies. This annual meeting reaffirms the commitment of the CSIM to innovation and the growth of the real estate sector.

Thanks to all partners for making this project possible and consolidating the CSIM as a reference in the transformation of real estate services.
