Last November 21, the second session on blockchain technology and its impact on the real estate sector was held. The event, with the participation of experts, offered attendees an updated view of the advances in this technology.

The session began with the presentation of real success stories in the real estate sector. Eric Mora (VP of Software Excellence at Kapsch Group), Enrique Aznar (Founder & CLO of Real Fund) and Jaime Espinosa (COO of InmoCrypto) shared concrete experiences, highlighting the applicability of blockchain technology and its practical impact on the industry.

Subsequently, a round table on blockchain regulation and opportunities was held, with the participation of Sandra Adrián (CEO of MODO CRIPTO), Lluïsa Marsal (Leader in innovation and regulations for the CBCat - Center Blockchain de Catalunya) and again, Enrique Aznar. This panel provided a space to address the doubts that have arisen around blockchain since it began to be explored in the real estate field.
