🟡 We continue progressing with the Talent and Training project alongside Activa Prospect

Naia Vivanco,

Today we held the second session of the Talent and Training project, aimed at identifying and updating the sector's training needs and, at the same time, contributing to expanding the SOC training catalog, bringing public training agents closer to the day-to-day reality of companies.

With the participation of 12 representative entities from all categories of the sector, we made progress in prioritizing needs and opportunities. Working in small groups, we identified the key areas where urgent action is needed, and then we shared and unified these findings to gain a more comprehensive and global view of the sector's landscape.

Among the most notable topics, the lack of visibility and awareness of the different roles within the real estate services sector was highlighted, especially regarding the role of property administrators, as well as the need for more specialized technical training. Additionally, we emphasized the importance of promoting better management of corporate culture as a key aspect of the sector's development.

💡 Next steps: Continue matching these needs with the current training offer to identify gaps and propose solutions that truly meet the sector's demands.

Thank you all for your participation! And special thanks to Laia Pellejà and Adalid for leading the session.

We continue working to strengthen the talent and competitiveness of the sector.
