Last Tuesday July 16th, the CSIM held the Extraordinary General Assembly at the Social Hub space in Barcelona, with the aim of renewing the board of directors that will lead the organization for the next four years.
The new board of directors is composed of Javier Pérez del Pulgar Clavell as President, Montse Sánchez as Vice President, Agustin Hernandez Almirall as Secretary and Enrique Sánchez as treasurer, along with eight other members: Regina Lahoz, Joan Maria Feliu Bohera, Jesús Gimeno, Jose Miguel Díez Caramés, Jose Sevillano Lopez, Álvaro Ruiz López de María, Jordi Mercadal and Laura López Demarbre.
🗣️"We are very excited about this new stage of the CSIM. The cluster is only 4 years old, and we are living with groups that have a long history," commented Javier Pérez del Pulgar as renewed president.
The board of directors wants to continue promoting new strategic alliances, especially in the field of innovation, integrating both technology and people "We believe that innovation is an essential lever for the evolution of business models. Therefore, we want to accompany partner companies in this cultural evolution," added Pérez del Pulgar.
⚖️ Next, the new governance model was presented, which aims to increase the participation of the board and partners, as well as better conceptualize new projects. The new model is more agile and transparent, creating commissions for the three main segments of the cluster's business: management and building services, transactional services and investor services.
Among the outstanding projects for this year, the CSIM wants to start working with the transactional segment, as a call effect 📢 for the entry of new partners. Currently, the cluster is finalizing the Conecta building project on the digitalization of the building with EURECAT and preparing a global talent project, which will include a content platform and the identification of training needs of the sector. Likewise, financing for the launch of the CSIM Rehabilitation Office is being finalized.
"We are committed to increasing the participation of partners and developing impact strategies to facilitate strategic change in companies. We are sure that, with everyone's collaboration, we will achieve great successes," concluded Javier Pérez del Pulgar.
This new stage of the CSIM promises to be full of challenges and opportunities, always with the objective of growing the real estate sector 🔋🔝
