📚 Leadership Workshop at Fabrick Gràcia: Inspiring Teams and Fostering Personal Growth

Naia Vivanco,

Last Tuesday, we organized a leadership techniques workshop from CSIM at Fabrick Gràcia, led by Albert Valero, a specialist in transformation, change, and leadership processes.

During the session, we explored the fundamentals of leadership, distinguishing between the path of leadership and the path of management. We learned that a manager manages processes, while a leader inspires and guides people. "A true leader is not defined by oneself, but when others recognize that you are one." ✨

During the session, we discussed the importance of taking responsibility for understanding each member of the team: "The sooner you take on that responsibility, the better the impact will be." 💡

We reflected on the concept of communicative diversity, learning that a good leader does not treat people as he would like to be treated, but as they need to be treated. We also addressed the importance of reducing communication distortion and promoting constructive feedback to generate a positive force.

We want to thank Albert for his dedication and energy, and all the participants for their enthusiasm and contribution 👐. We continue to grow together, applying everything we've learned to inspire our teams and achieve new goals! 🚀
