On Tuesday, April 9th, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., we invite you to participate in a training session on interview techniques and talent development. The session will be led by Olga Peralba, Development Manager at Abanti Sifu, the temporary work division of Grupo Sifu, a leader in providing socially responsible Facility Services. Passionate about talent development, Olga has extensive knowledge in professional development within the real estate services sector

During this session, we will explore each stage of the selection process, from identifying the need for a new position to monitoring and reviewing post-onboarding conditions.

Olga Peralba will offer us detailed information and advice on the following aspects:

• Important considerations before interviews and gathering preliminary information.
• Effective strategies for conducting interviews and avoiding common mistakes.
• Methods for evaluating candidates' competencies, including techniques, psychological skills, behavior, among others. Additionally, she will introduce us to TriMetrix® CE, a tool designed to better understand individual talents and provide a comprehensive view of three key areas: behavior, motivators, and emotional intelligence.
