On November 27, CSIM will host a new edition of #InmoDate, its annual strategic immersion day, under the theme “More Talent, More Future.”

At a time when the real estate sector is undergoing profound transformation driven by digitalization and sustainability, a fundamental challenge emerges that concerns and shapes its future: the lack of generational renewal and the difficulty of attracting and retaining young talent.

In this context, #InmoDate 2025 presents itself as a space to analyze, debate, and share strategies to tackle this challenge, bringing together young professionals, HR experts, and industry specialists to build a shared vision for the future of talent.
