Towards a Real and Effective Energy Renovation

The Clúster de Serveis Immobiliaris (CSIM), together with the Clúster de l’Energia Eficient de Catalunya (CEEC), is organizing the energy renovation conference "Challenges of Decarbonizing the Building Stock."

The event, which will take place on September 18th at the Administrative District of the Generalitat of Catalonia, aims to address the major challenges involved in transforming the building stock to align with sustainability and climate neutrality commitments.

It will be a meeting space for administrations, industry professionals, technology companies, and social entities to share practical and sustainable solutions in energy renovation.

Throughout the program, key topics such as large-scale decarbonization planning and financing, the role of real estate agents and one-stop shops, as well as the potential of technologies applied to renovation and nearly zero-energy buildings will be addressed.
