On March 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., a training session will be held on "Low voltage installations in Homeowners' Communities." The session will be led by Juanjo Perramón, CEO of Jelping, a consultancy specialized in the community of owners sector. Perramón will address from a technical approach the implications of the entry into force of Decree 192/2023, issued by the Generalitat of Catalonia on November 7, 2023.

This decree, mandatory as of February 29, 2024, establishes the essential characteristics of the industrial safety management model in Catalonia, as well as the requirements and obligations applicable to industrial safety agents, and the control functions of the Administration.

In the training session, the main effects of this decree on the electrical installations of the communities of owners will be analyzed, including responsibilities, obligations, procedures and required inspections. At the end of the explanations, time will be dedicated to addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
