🆕 InnovationLab: the new innovation days with ENLACE

We invite you on Tuesday, February 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., to the first session of the InnovationLab at the Bernadí Hub (Passeig de Sant Joan, 120).

The InnovationLab has been designed to foster collaboration and innovation within the real estate sector, with the main objective of identifying and prioritising the key challenges faced by property managers and, based on these, developing innovative solutions.

In this first session, we will work on identifying the main innovation needs through a structured and participatory dynamic.

🔹 10:10h - 10:30h | Inspiring success story: Zenova – Learn how this startup has transformed an industry challenge into an innovative solution.

🔹 10:30h - 11:00h | Identifying challenges and needs – Brainstorming and analysis of the main challenges in community management.

🔹 11:00h - 11:15h | Coffee break and networking.

🔹 11:15h - 12:30h | Collective prioritization of challenges – Evaluation and selection of the challenges with the greatest impact using an impact-urgency matrix.

🔹 12:30h - 12:50h | Sharing and conclusions – Presentation of the results and selection of priority challenges.

🔹 12:50h - 13:00h | Closing of the day – Final reflection and next steps.
