Discover the first funding community for Proptech Startups in Spain!

We are pleased to invite you to the launch event of Spain's first community dedicated to financing Proptech startups, which will take place on October 8th at 5pm at the Barcelona Finance Hub.

This innovative initiative, promoted by the consultancy firm ENLACE in collaboration with Adventurees and Token City, is designed to boost innovation in the real estate sector and offer financing solutions to companies.

The community aims to connect around 100 companies with more than 1,000 investors by the end of 2025, which will represent approximately 20% of the total Proptech market in Spain. Funding will be managed through Adventurees, a platform regulated by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), and the option of tokenizing assets will be offered to facilitate their future liquidity in the markets.

The event will include a round table moderated by Patricia Remiro, with the participation of prominent figures from the economic and real estate sectors, such as:
