From CSIM, in collaboration with our partner Human Software, we had the opportunity to organize last May and June the exclusive course RoadMap: The Journey Towards Cultural Change Management, a practical training program designed to help organizations define their strategic objectives, update roles and skills, structure teams, and develop new leadership models to drive cultural transformation.

We now invite you to the follow-up session, which will take place on October 8th, where we will share how participating companies have applied the program’s learnings and what results and challenges they are experiencing in their change processes.
