CSIM launches a new line of activities focused on peer learning with this first Business Best Practices Breakfast, aimed at HR and people management leaders from member companies.

During this session, a key challenge for the sector will be addressed in a practical and participatory way: how to attract, retain and develop talent within organizations.

The aim of the meeting is to share real experiences, best practices (as well as lessons learned), and to create a close and open space for discussion that provides practical value applicable to companies’ day-to-day operations.

The session will be moderated by CSIM and will follow a structured working guide to facilitate the conversation and ensure a meaningful exchange among participants.
