Yesterday, at the Auditorium of the Administrative District of the Government of Catalonia, we held a conference that allowed us to debate and reflect on the major challenges of energy renovation and the decarbonisation of the building stock. 🏘️

Last Wednesday, CSIM held a new training session for our members, addressing a key aspect of a property manager’s work: emotional management in homeowners’ meetings.
The session, led by our partners Olga Peralba from Grupo SIFU and Carles Subirá from Housfy, highlighted the importance of understanding different behavioral styles and how this knowledge can help managers run meetings with greater effectiveness, empathy, and balance.
It was emphasized that proper emotional management not only supports the development of meetings but also strengthens residents’ trust and the professionalism of the manager.

CSIM participated in the 13th edition of the Strategic Immersion for cluster teams, held on July 10 at HERETAT OLLER DEL MAS in Manresa, in a day that brought together around 80 professionals from the 27 Catalan clusters.
The meeting served as a key space to strengthen connections, share visions for the future, and work collaboratively to address the challenges faced by business organizations in the country.

On October 3rd, we will welcome the new members of the cluster: Finques Riera Blanca, Style at Home, Cactus and Placenet.
This half-hour session is aimed at officially welcoming the latest additions to CSIM, offering them a space to introduce themselves, showcase their businesses, and share their goals within our community.
It will also be a great opportunity for all members to get to know each other’s businesses more closely, foster collaboration, and identify new opportunities for synergy.

From CSIM, in collaboration with our partner Human Software, we had the opportunity to organize last May and June the exclusive course RoadMap: The Journey Towards Cultural Change Management, a practical training program designed to help organizations define their strategic objectives, update roles and skills, structure teams, and develop new leadership models to drive cultural transformation.
