Last Wednesday, CSIM held a new training session for our members, addressing a key aspect of a property manager’s work: emotional management in homeowners’ meetings.

The session, led by our partners Olga Peralba from Grupo SIFU and Carles Subirá from Housfy, highlighted the importance of understanding different behavioral styles and how this knowledge can help managers run meetings with greater effectiveness, empathy, and balance.

It was emphasized that proper emotional management not only supports the development of meetings but also strengthens residents’ trust and the professionalism of the manager.

👉 Among the reflections that arose, the idea was raised of using the DISC model to define each manager’s profile and assign communities according to their natural strengths, thus optimizing the relationship between professional and community.
